Impact Alaska is a wide-spread event where churches join in to mobilize the Church to reach many different communities in Alaska.

  • Knitting supplies to make baby caps for pregnancy centers & hospitals
  • Writing supplies for letters of encouragement to mothers & missionaries

100 Investors Needed

$ 25 Projects
  • Discounted gas & personal outreach for a local community member
  • A case of canned/dried goods for Gospel Rescue Mission
  • Cleaning supplies/gear for local ministry partner projects

  • Food & Hygiene kit for Younglives single mothers
  • Food & Hygiene kits for Beacon Hill foster families
  • Activity & beauty supplies for Assisted Living Center care events

  • One week of frozen meals for Younglives single mothers
  • Mulch & flowers for a local school, prison, or ministry center

What to expect

If you’ve attended Impact Alaska in previous years and have a grey Impact Alaska t-shirt, please wear that. We will have a few t-shirts available for people who don’t have one the morning of the event.

Please remember to watch the weather forecast and dress appropriately for your event and fellowship.

If you signed up for a “cleanup” event, please bring a pair of work gloves and we welcome you to bring any yard/cleaning supplies (e.g. rakes, hedge clippers, cleaning sprays/rags, etc.) you may have.”

Please bring a lawn chair for our celebration lunch celebration at the church parking lot.

If you signed up for a “cleanup” project, please bring work gloves and any yard/cleaning equipment or supplies you may have on hand to help.

There will not be childcare during this event. We have various projects that are family and little kid friendly and hope you will served together as a family on this day.

8:30-8:45am: Check-in at the church Big Gym (enter near the flag poles), pick up a volunteer shirt and connect with your event leader.
If you have a shirt from last year, please wear that one so we can make sure to have enough shirts for our new volunteers!
 
9am: Pray together as a church, hear from Pastor Ron, and depart for our various events.
 
9:30am – 12pm: Teams serving at their specific events.
 
12:30pm: Celebration lunch at Mountain City Church parking lot.
Everyone is encouraged come back to the church to join together as we host a gathering with partner churches in our church parking lot for a family-friendly time of worship, prayer, food, games, and fellowship!
 
2:30pm: Fellowship celebration ending
