No. The Bible says we are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:18-19), not that we are saved by baptism.

Once a person has said “Yes” to Jesus as Savior and Lord, he has forfeited all rights to say “No” to any of Christ’s commands. Baptism is one of those commands.

Yes, infant baptism is not scriptural. The Bible teaches believer’s baptism only. (Mark 16:16)

As a believer, you should be immersed since the New Testament teaches only immersion in water of a repentant believer.
